At ECG, Meagan assists providers with strategic planning, service line development, organizational restructuring, partnership arrangements, physician alignment transactions, business case feasibility studies, and patient access optimization. Meagan’s detailed understanding of key service lines, such as oncology, combined with her experience leading broader, system-wide strategic initiatives, enables her to approach the complexities of program planning and implementation with a holistic perspective.
Meagan is a leader in the firm’s Oncology Services practice and has led dozens of strategic and operational engagements for cancer centers within both the academic and community settings. Having served as a caregiver for family members with cancer, Meagan is passionate about partnering with her clients to pursue meaningful changes that will advance the delivery of oncology medicine and create a better care experience for this vulnerable patient population.
